或許在他心中我正是這麼一個人吧, 我真的不知道該如何去溝通, 我可以很隨便的去跟一個陌生人溝通, 可以很隨便的去跟同學朋友們溝通, 但是我卻沒有辦法很隨便的去跟他溝通. 是時間太快了嗎? 好像也不是這樣的. 不過真的很想跟他說聲對不起. 因為自己的自私, 因為自己的難相處, 讓他受委屈了.

January 08 外贸单据制作精华总结单据制作还要遵循“从上到下，从左到右”的原则，这样不容易出错。 所谓从上到下，即从一张单据的最上面的项目开始，做完上一行的项目再做下一行的项目，遇到一行有多个纵向项目，则要遵循从左到右的原则。这样，一不容易把需要改动的项目漏改；二把整张单据划分成单元小块完成制作可以提高精确度。因为我们在做单据时，每个公司都有其一套固定格式，通常每次都会套用固定格式，但在套用的同时容易出现“应该修改的项目而没有改过来”的错误。比如同一种商品不同订单批次的出口单据，往往套用相同格式、抬头、品名的单据，但由于是不同批次订单的票据在日期，数量，和编号等小方面有细微的差别，这些差别很容易被忽略。然而，只要奉行从上到下，从左到右的原则来制作单据，并在这个原则下切实做到“心想口读眼盯笔点尺比逐行逐字母一一核对”基本上就可以避免这方面的错误。 前面是做单据的基本思路，但具体怎么做是非常灵活多变的，要视不同业务的具体情况而定。 外贸单据是记录整笔外贸业务的见证，应该与合同和实际相符合。在非信用证业务项下的单据虽然没有在信用证项下的单据要求严格，但也要求正确、准确、精确。 在信用证业务项下，对单据的要求很严格，除了要符合单据间的逻辑关系和国际习惯，最重要的是要符合信用证规定。这就使得审理信用证对单据的要求工作变得尤为重要。 首先是发票。发票是整套外贸单据中的核心单据，在制作发票时，要注意以下几点： 1、最重要的是正确的输入收货人的名址，精确到标点、空格和字母。但这里的精确要以信用证为主。有时候由于开证人的疏忽，搞错了一个字母或一个空格，出于单证一致的原则，也要跟着信用证错。在审理信用证时，如果发现这种特殊的地方最好用荧光笔画出来，以示突出。 2、其次要注意唛头。唛头一般在附加条款里规定，也最好用荧光笔重点画出来。就如在周枫化工品业务中，基本上是没有唛头的，但有时也冷不丁给我规定个唛头，如果我按照以往的经验来了个N/M，就会犯一个很严重的错误。 3、大小写金额一致。周枫化工品业务量少，但订单多，因此基本上每次做单时可以套用以前的格式。有时只要稍微改动一下数量就可以了。这样就出了一个经常犯的错误：大小写金额不一致。因为把小写的金额改过来之后，很容易忽略大写金额相应改动。 4、盖章、手签。这是一个需要注意的问题。有的买家要求卖家出发票时不仅要盖章还要手签。 以上这些都是我在做发票过程中曾经犯过错误的地方，也是我学习的笔记。制作单据不是很智能的工作，但需要制作者及其的细心。我认为避免制作单据时出错，最好的办法莫过于细心再细心。只有这样才可以最大可能地避免因制单失误而产生的损失和费用。然而，错误只能尽最大可能去避免，因此单据做完后并不是一了百了，还要再核实核实，以使有错可以在不可能之前及时改正。 其次是提单。提单是外贸单据中最重要的单据，它是国外买家据以提货的物权凭证。提单是由船代根据托运人的海运委托书填制的，填制完毕后传真给托运人修改确认，一经备托运人确认，即可签发。所以认真填制海运委托书，可以减少提单的修改工作。确认提单的过程需要十二分的细心。要严格根据信用证真真切切地遵照“心想口读眼盯笔点尺比逐行逐字母一一核对”的要求。因为提单不想别的单据，一经签发很难更改。就像有一次，我们确认提单时，没有把一个单位cans根据信用证改成cartons，造成了很大的麻烦。最后只能跟客户协商，凭保函付款。 产地证制作出除了要注意日期不能早于发票日期和不能晚于提单签发日期之外，去贸促会打印时，留底发票的日期一定要与产地证上的发票日期一致。因为这个问题，我还往贸促会多跑了几趟。另外就是，如果是改证重发，一定要把原作废产地证交回贸促会，才可申请新证的申请。关于产地证这个问题我深有体会，觉得对问题认识的深入，有时往往是跑出来的，即跑得多了也就明白了，且理解的深。这也就是经验的可贵之处吧。 在这里再总结一下各种单据的日期顺序： 发票>箱单>原产地证明书>商检检验证书>船公司证明>保单>提单>装船通知>受益人证明 提单不得早于L/C规定的最早装运期，也不得晚于L/C规定得最晚装运期。 另外，在制作单据时还需要注意的一点是，有些信用证在附加条款里特别规定每张单据都必须显示本信用证的号码。 受益人证明，船公司证明的制作，要原封不动地抄写信用证的证明原句，然后再做必要修改。 海运委托书可以从简，但装运通知一定要严格按照信用证规定，特别是在FOB、CER条件成交的业务中，因为这直接关系到买方及时安排货物保险。如果因为卖方的装运通知内容不清楚或延迟发送（一般在提单日后三天内），由此引起的损失，卖方负责。 上述这些都是我在跟侯恒学习制作单据时，她给我的指点以及自己的体会。说到底，通过这些单据制作，我觉得做外贸业务时需要很大耐心、细心及信心的。为什么这样说呢？首先，外贸业务比较繁杂，要有耐心去接受处理；其次，外贸的每个细节都需要付诸极大的细心，才可以避免多处错，出大错，减少损失；再次，外贸要学的东西很多，遇到的新情况也不计其数，且不大容易预料，这就需要我们有信心去接受这个挑战，敢于学习新的东西，及以学习的心态去克服新情况、新困难。 总而言之，认真细致做工作，不会的不明白的就问懂的人，不断积累经验，这是最重要的。 做外贸的10大弊处1:长期用电脑对眼睛不好. |
